Join Global Mental Health Outreach (GMHO) for three workshops on feelings. Each workshop will have a slightly different focus. Caregivers and their 5 to 12 year olds are welcome to come to all three or to the ones that seem most helpful. Monday, June 22, 4-5:30pm -- Understanding Feelings. We'll explore Big Feelings vs. Small Feelings in this session to explore what makes you "you" and build confidence. Tuesday, June 23, 4-5:30pm -- Being Good Friends & Helping Others. We'll talk about what makes a good friend, being kind, and what to say when your loved one is sad. Wednesday, June 24, 4-5:30pm -- Big Emotions & Asking for Help -- We'll talk about naming feelings, what happens in our bodies when we feel strong emotions, and learn two tools to calm ourselves.
