Celebrating International Afro-latina, Afro-caribbean, and diaspora women’s day with culture, stories, community, and the magic of masa. Bringing community together through the process of making tortillas. Discover how food connects us across cultures, and enjoy your tortilla with some provided toppings. A celebration would not be complete without some music to dance to while making tortillas. We will have a curated music playlist by our very own residential DJ. Join us on Saturday, July 25 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Central Branch, Mystery Room.
